While every meeting request is important, due to scheduling demands, not all can be accommodated. For this reason, the Mayor may ask that a member of his staff meet with you on his behalf.

Please note that upon receipt of the submitted request, it will take approximately 6-8 weeks for the meeting to be scheduled. We appreciate your patience as the mayor’s staff works to accommodate an increasingly high volume of requests and we will do our best to contact you as soon as possible.
